Chet Helt  AIA NCARB

Chet Helt formed C.L. Helt, Architect, Inc. in July of 1969.  While less active in the day to day operations of the firm Chet continues to remain an active Architect and active member of the firm.  Chet participates in evaluation of client needs and desires, developing schematic designs, culminating into a project with a scope of work. From here, a project manager in the office will carry out the creation of the construction documents, coordination of the project, and submittal to the appropriate permitting agency.

Chet’s love of practicing Architecture has brought him into the office every day over the past 45 years.  He particularly enjoys problem solving and working with clients to help them become part of the design process.  He was fortunate to realize his passion early in life and to be taught how to become a successful client-oriented Architect.

“Every client, no matter how large or small their ideas, is important, and that understanding what they are thinking is paramount in order to serve them fully.  A satisfied client is rewarding and makes life as an Architect worthwhile.”
