The intent is to understand how you and or your company operate.  In doing so your goals become our own.  We research, catalog and inventory information to determine how much space is necessary for the everyday functions within. We discern which adjacencies are important, which ones are not and how much space is necessary (for today and 10 years from now) for each programmatic component.  All of our information is gathered and compiled into a program document consisting of the spaces required, appropriate sizes for these spaces and important adjacencies between spaces.
